Friendship Place’s PSH programs are designed to empower people with serious mental health challenges, addictions, physical illnesses and/or disabilities to transition into housing and rebuild their lives. Year after year, our Permanent Supportive Housing programs achieve housing stability rates of better than 99 percent
Application: You must be referred directly from the Department of Human Services (DHS), through DC’s Coordinated Entry System.
