Shelter Plus Care (SPC) is an open-ended permanent supportive housing program that serves 8 single women or women-headed households with children. SPC residents often have multiple disabling conditions that threaten their ability to remain in housing. They need a network of support to maintain their housing and to continue moving forward in their lives. In SPC, we provide a safety net of services based on individual needs.
