Club Memory provides support, health promotion, stigma-free community, activities, telephone reminders, as well as intermittent programming featuring e.g. diverse physicians or physical therapists. Club Memory serves both those with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or related dementias as well as those who are concerned and hoping to avoid such a diagnosis.
