This program will employee a quantitative analysis and human centered design of vulnerable older adults in wards 7 & 8 to meet their digital access needs, first by understanding how they experience telemedicine primary care via video and audio, then seeking to understand how we improve access to timely primary care. This project will also understand provider workflows to improve the patient’s experience with telemedicine.
