DC public libraries offer books, eBooks, audiobooks, CDs, DVDs, and other materials that can be borrowed for free. To borrow materials, you need to apply for a free library card, which can be done online or in person.
Application: To get a library card, you can:
Apply online. (Strongly encouraged)
Fill out a form at any DC Public Library location.
Download, print and fill out your form and take it to any DC Public Library location.
